**AKHCA — Artist Biography**
For AKHCA, music has always been more than something to listen to. It is a way of expressing what words cannot capture.
Based in Baku, Azerbaijan, AKHCA is a DJ, Rahat Lab graduate and resident artist at Rahat Sound. Her musical identity is rooted in Tech House, while drawing inspiration from Minimal, House and Indie Dance. Her sets are defined by energetic rhythms, infectious grooves and a desire to create a shared experience on the dancefloor.
Her connection to music began long before she stepped behind the decks. From singing and composing her own melodies to exploring the sounds of nature and everyday life, AKHCA has always been fascinated by the possibilities of sound and the creative process of transforming familiar elements into something new.
In 2026, encouraged by NARAHAT and inspired by the creative environment of Rahat Lab, she began her journey as a DJ. What started as an exploration soon developed into a new form of artistic expression.
Since then, she has performed at events including Chevre Community × Kontainer FM, On/Off and 4Loft, each contributing to her growth as an artist.
Influenced by artists such as Kolter, Cinthie, Traumer, Franky Rizardo and NARAHAT, AKHCA continues to develop her own musical direction, with a particular focus on Tech House production and original material.
For her, the most powerful moment on the dancefloor is when individual listeners become connected through one shared feeling — when music turns a room full of strangers into a collective experience.
Looking ahead, AKHCA aims to expand her international presence, continue developing her productions and connect with new artists, audiences and electronic music communities around the world.
